After growing up in a Victorian terrace in Salford surrounded by rows of other terraced houses, my move to London saw my first experience of the 1960’s tower block.
Eight years on, I live in the same estate surrounded by four similar blocks, enveloped by yet more estates and have grown to love these structures of concrete and brick.
“ This project explores the blocks in and around London, documenting the similarities and symmetry within their designs.
Using a Noblex swing-lens camera, I’ve capturing the uniformity of each building, whilst simultaneously tying them together and exploring their height.
This a collection of a few of the building around London that was taking for the project.
